The hotel was very nice. Underground parking, even at Euro 20 per day was still very good in Paris. The little one, 11, had her own bed and space which was super. The location was fantastic with the metro and train/tram just a 4 minute walk. We did not take up the breakfast option for the 3 nights we stayed and there were plenty of places to eat and for the most important morning coffee. The room was super quiet so we were able to sleep till 9.30am without a problem. The temperature in the room was just right and was cleaned everyday so was really good service. There was a bar as well as a couple of restaurants downstairs. The staff were very nice and helpful. We did not need to trouble them for anything. Location, room size, comfort, facilities bar the coffee were all good so five stars!

All staff were very polite and helpful. Lovely to be around. It was nice to have a side room within the family room for kids, was good to have a little more space. There was a lift to the streets and the nearest Tube was on the same street, a five minute walk. There is a vending machine for all essentials onsite which was helpful as we forgot out universal plugs.

All staff were very polite and helpful, lovely to be around. It was nice to have a side room within the family room for kids, was good to have a little more space. There was a lift to the streets and the nearest Tube was on the same street, a five minute walk. There is a vending machine for all essentials onsite which was helpful as we forgot out universal plugs.

The location of the hotel is quite good. In a middle-class neighborhood, close to metro stops. Needs such as grocery or food can be met from the environment. It is especially easy to reach the nearby metro station from the airport. This is a great advantage. My wife and I did not have breakfast because there was no vegan alternative, but I know from my previous experiences that it has an open buffet and a comfortable lounge. I was pleased with the communication. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever you need something.
